Full Terms and Conditions For Boarding
A UP TO DATE VETERINARY CERTIFICATE of Vaccination will be required for Inspection at the time of admission. These must have been carried out at least 14 days prior to boarding. NO DOG will be accepted unless it has been vaccinated against: Distemper, Infectious Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parvo virus, and Parainfluenza. If you choose to have the KENNEL COUGH VACCINE, it needs to be given more than 3 weeks before arrival. Anything less and entry will be declined! No CAT will be accepted unless it has been vaccinated against feline panleucopaenia, feline herpesvirus and feline calicivirus and feline FeLV. We recommend that animals should be up to date with worm and flea treatments.
We will also accept a recent titre test report showing current immunity in lieu of vaccinations. Dogs must have a tag with the owners details engraved or written on it.
We have a selection of bedding available but suggest you may want to bring your normal bed to help them settle but we can take no responsibility for any damage to bedding by your own pet.
All food will be supplied unless a prescription or special diet including grain free is needed. We supply Step up to Naturals dry food and Butchers Grain Free canned food and various types of treats. Please ensure you advise us in advance of your pets dietary requirements with clear instructions on normal feed routines and quantities. If you would prefer to supply your own food, including Raw food, this is acceptable but if insufficient food is supplied we will supply our normal food as appropriate. Any food given will be checked against any allergies.
PAYMENT: A minimum £50 per pet, or payment in full (whichever is least) is required to secure your booking and the balance is due two weeks before date of arrival. Bank transfers should be made to

Any additional charges must be paid on collection i.e. additional days due to delays.
Deposits are non refundable but may be transferred onto another booking within a 12 month period of the date that the original deposit was made, if sufficient notice has been given. Any cancellations made less than 30 days before date of arrival will forfeit the deposit Once the deposit has been paid the boarding dates can be amended if possible. Any cancellations made after the full balance has been paid 2 weeks before arrival are non refundable.
We charge our kennels and catteries per working day. Overnight stays will be charged for the following day. We do not charge 24hrs from drop off to pick up time.
For safety reasons, boarding of any dog will only be accepted after we meet with the dog & owner, we reserve the right to refuse any animal deemed unsuitable or unsafe. All animals must be able to be handled by all staff at the kennels
On admission owners of the animal must complete our booking form and give the following information:
1. Their full name and address
2. Their home telephone number regardless whether they will be at home or not
3. A contact telephone number
4. The veterinary practice details that the animal attends
ANY MEDICATION that needs to be administered must be supplied on admission with clear and precise details of dosage and frequency.
We reserve the right to re-home, sell or otherwise dispose of at our discretion any boarded animal that has not been collected WITHIN 14 DAYS of their collection date AND whereby no communication has been received from the Owner.
VETERINARY ATTENTION. Whilst pets boarded will receive every care and attention, they are boarded at the risk of the owner and we can accept no liability for any problems such as stress or ill-health arising from their visit. Should any animal require treatment, we reserve the right to call a veterinary surgeon and act upon their advice, we will initially call the animals normal practice but may have to use our own local practice in an emergency.
All veterinary expenses incurred to be met by the owner of the animal.
SOCIALISATION. If you have indicated that you would like us to try mixing your dog with others during their stay it must be noted that accidents can happen. We will always ensure that we mix dogs of similar size, energy and personality. We will always start any introductions in a controlled manner and only allow dogs to play once we have determined this suitable and they will be supervised at all times. We will not allow any rough play but even with our best endeavours accidents can happen during play. Possible injuries include pulled or strained muscles, bites and scratches,or even broken or dislocated limbs. In the event of an accident we will take the animal to the vet if necessary. Any veterinary expenses incurred are to be met by the owner of the animal.
